- I can refuse the order if I don't feel comfortable doing it (or if I'm not able to do it);

- I will only draw in my art style, don't ask me to do realism (since i don't know yet) or in other artist's style;

- The NSFW commissions will be made only for +18 age people, a photo of a document will be requested to prove your age (censor all the other informations and let only your date of birth visible), don't buy a NSFW commission if you are a minor or if you are buying for a minor;

- Provide as many references as you can of character/s, poses, facial expressions, color palettes, clothing, background (not large or complex), etc.

+ Picrew, Gacha Studio and videogame custom avatars ( Like roblox, transformice, minecraft, etc.) are accepted as references;

+ I won't accept AI-generated images for OC/Character references;

+ If you want to request an NSFW of an original character that is not yours, first show something that proves that the owner of the character allows NSFW drawings to be made using the character(s), preferably a written authorization from them (If the owner of the character is a minor I won't do even with authorization), exceptions for mascots of companies, franchises, games, etc.;

+ If you don't have an reference image of your character, you can commission me to make a custom, the custom character commissions infos are in my SFW Commissions carrd;

- Production of the drawing:

+ Can take between 3 days to 2 weeks, if something happens that delays the progress of the art I will let you know (if possible), I don't do commissions with deadline;

+ I will send you each step of the art progress and ask for approval to continue [Pose sketch > Full sketch > Lineart (Optional) > Flat color > Rendering];

+ After a drawing step is completed, each change in the previous step will be charged a 5% fee (e.g. after completing the lineart step and starting the coloring step, for a change in the lineart you will be charged 5%). Exceptions for color corrections;

+ You can ask for "WIPs" at any time during the commission, but I already send it to you at the end of the day to see the progress (let me know in advance if you don't want to see the progress and want a surprise result);

- Payment via Ko-Fi or Stripe/Payoneer/PayPal invoice (e Pix/PicPay para brasileiros), the payment must be made 100% before starting the art. Once the payment is made, if you want a refund the value of the completed part of the art will be discounted (e.g. if you cancel the commission after I have finished the lineart, the value of the lineart will be discounted, and the rest will be refunded. Can't be refunded after the art is complete);

+ During the payment, do not mention anything about NSFW, this can cause problems in my account in the app;

- Personal use only, you can't sell things with my arts;

- Don't remove my watermarks or put something to cover up;

- After the art is completed I will only post on my social media/portfolio if you authorize me to do so, if you want I can censor the art when posting it publicly, you can also request the removal of the post whenever you want;

- English is not my first language, so some things may be misspelled or misunderstood, please be patient;

- By starting the contact for commission, in case of disrespect or suspicion of scam, you give me the right to expose the conversation with your username to alert other artists;
